My Niece Sarah asked me to cook for her Graduation Party!  That's when it all started!

 

I worked at a major insurance company for 30 years and decided to take a buy out! I really didn't want to work full time again. That year my niece asked me to cook for her party and I said sure !  That's when the business took off !

 

People at her party were booking me on the spot.  My cousin wanted to book me 2 years in advance.  That's when I thought "Wow, I might just have a business here".........

 

I thank GOD for all the talent he has given me to cook. If it wasn't for GOD I wouldn't know how to cook !!  I really love to see people enjoy my cooking.  I tell my husband Joe, who's a Jazz musician; it's like when you play your music. Doesn’t it feel good when you hear them applaud!! LOL.....
